Hands of Dawn - Dawn Jenson, LMT
Hands of Dawn is dedicated to the art of healing through the powerful medium of touch. After graduating from Everest College of Massage in Portland, Oregon, and practicing the art of massage for twelve years, I have continued to learn and develop new ways of bringing transforming relief into the lives of my clients through the power of touch.
Prior to the study of therapeutic massage, I worked in the health care field for over ten years. This experience helped me identify my passion for helping others in a very personal and hands-on way. Since that time I have had experience using massage in a variety of settings: spa therapy, chiropractic massage therapy, corporate massage, and independent contracting.
Starting my own practice has been a very rewarding experience, allowing me to manifest my desire for healing in a way that makes the art of massage available and accessible to everyone. I sincerely love what I do.
As a native Oregonian, I have lived in the Pacific Northwest all my life. I enjoy travelling, being outdoors, and taking advantage of all the beautiful nature our surroundings have to offer. During the nicer months, you might even find me out on my motorcycle!
I have wonderful family and friends, without whom the process of starting my own practice would have been much more difficult and daunting. And as an animal lover, I currently share my life with a wonderful dog and two amazing parrots. Animals have always been a part of my life, and I look forward to continuing that trend throughout my life.
